About these terms
These terms describe the general basis of support offered under the Global Age100 brand. Contact contact@globalage100.com for service enquiries. Before booking or payment, the quotation and service agreement should identify the contracting business or person, contact details, agreed scope, price and applicable booking conditions. The website alone does not confirm a booking.
Scope of support
Services may include appointment correspondence, administrative preparation, language assistance and on-site accompaniment, as expressly agreed. Global Age100 is not a medical institution and does not provide diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment, prescriptions or recommendations about which treatment to receive. Choices of institution, clinician and treatment remain with the customer and qualified healthcare professionals.
Enquiries and confirmations
An enquiry or draft message does not reserve a date or guarantee an appointment. Support dates, languages, meeting points, duration and any interpretation requirements must be confirmed in writing. Appointments and third-party availability are subject to confirmation by the relevant provider. No particular clinical result or admission is guaranteed.
Fees and payments
A written quotation should set out the currency, service fee, included hours or tasks, additional charges and payment schedule before acceptance. Fees charged by hospitals, transport operators, accommodation providers and travel agencies are separate and payable directly to those providers. Any change to the agreed support and price requires your agreement.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, any reasonable cancellation charges, refunds and rescheduling conditions must be supplied in writing before booking or payment. If those conditions have not been agreed, contact us to clarify them before proceeding. Applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected. If we cannot provide agreed support, we will discuss rescheduling or a refund for unprovided services, subject to your legal rights.
Independent providers
Healthcare is supplied by the chosen healthcare institution. Travel services are arranged separately through a licensed travel agency, and transport and accommodation are supplied by the relevant providers. Each provider is responsible for its own services and terms. An administrative enquiry made on your behalf does not imply a hospital partnership or agency relationship. Global Age100 remains responsible for its own agreed work as required by applicable law.
Your information and decisions
Please provide accurate practical details and inform us of relevant changes. You remain responsible for travel documents, entry requirements and decisions made with your healthcare providers. Do not send sensitive records through an initial enquiry. Any necessary handling of health information requires a separately agreed lawful process and appropriate safeguards.
Responsibility and concerns
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Clinical outcomes are not within the scope of administrative support. If you have a concern about our service, email contact@globalage100.com with the relevant booking details so it can be reviewed. A law and dispute-resolution clause, if needed, should be stated in the service agreement without removing mandatory rights that apply to you.
Website information and emergencies
Website information is general and is not medical, legal or immigration advice. Illustrative images are not records of actual customers. This website and its messaging channels are not emergency services. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services directly. Material changes to these terms will be shown on this page; confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms agreed at booking and applicable law.
